電鍍超硬磨具

1、磨料的出刃量可以通過電鑄工藝進(jìn)行調(diào)整，以適應(yīng)不同的加工對象。
2、磨料濃度高，同時參加切削的磨料最多，因此最為鋒利，加工效率高。特別適合硬脆非金屬材料如玻璃、寶石、晶體、磁性材料的磨削。
3、工作面更易制成高精度復(fù)雜形狀，以適合高精度成型磨削。

2、High concentration of grains as well as large portion of cutting interaction, hence the electroplated wheel is very sharp and efficient, and it is especially suitable to be used to grind hard -brittle non-metal materials such as glass ,gems,crystal and magnetic materials.
3、The electroplated wheels are easily made into highly accurate and complex shapes to  suit  highly accurate  form grinding process.
